We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy with a full refund, minus shipping and restock fees. The ladder must be in its original condition to qualify for a full refund, prorated amount for ladders that are damaged. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, and we’re confident that our RESCUE ladders will meet and exceed your expectations.
